The workshop will be held on Wednesday, 28 June 2017 - from 8:30 to 13.30 - at the Casillo Group offices in Corato, the only on the “Panorama Careers and Jobs 2017” Tour in Puglia.
The need for young people to find a point of contact with the world of work that helps both of these universes to grow and satisfy their needs for professional, personal and productive development has never been greater.
The digital revolution has led to the birth of new professions and with them new forms of recruitment. Companies like the Casillo Group, who are investing in innovation in the Industry 4.0 era, are well aware of this, as are young people born between the 1980s and the 2000s, the so-called Millennials, as they grapple with a labour market that is increasingly demanding and highly competitive.
The professional guidance workshop on 28 June 2017 is aimed at them. The workshop is being run by the Casillo Group which, for the 2017 "Panorama Careers and Work" Tour, organised by HCR Group, will be the only stop in Puglia of the 10-stop tour around the country.
Intended for young people aged between 24 and 30, the day-long workshop will cover issues concerning work and making effective applications, and include direct discussions with the Human Resources managers of national and multinational companies like Coca-Cola, HBC Italia, Bosch, Gas Natural, Natuzzi, Casillo Group.
The young participants will receive valuable advice and theoretical inputs, as well as being able to take practical tests that will allow them to measure themselves, with their aspirations and ambitions, and with the demands of a labour market which, at this precise moment in history, is increasing its presence on social media to make the most of its incredible potential.
The agenda for the workshop to be held at the Casillo Group offices on 28 June 2017 will cover the following subjects:
- CV correction and advice from HR Managers
- The secrets for a successful interview
- Tips for finding work through social media
- Self-assessment test
- Business Skills: basic business skills

CVs must be sent no later than 12.00 on 16 June 2017. Participants will be selected by the career guidance workshop organisers based on their assessment of the CVs received within the terms stated above. Selected candidates will receive a personal invitation to confirm their attendance at the workshop.
