The User acknowledges and accepts that the attached materials (the "Materials")
(a) are owned by Casillo Group - Casillo S.p.A. – Società Benefit
(b) may only be disclosed in articles of a journalistic or purely historical nature, any publication, dissemination, performance and in general use of the Materials, or one or more details of the same, in contexts having a directly or indirectly commercial, promotional and/or advertising nature being strictly forbidden.
(c) cannot be licensed and/or transferred, in whole or in part, to third parties
(d) must be returned to Casillo Group - Casillo S.p.A. – Società Benefit at the latter’s simple request.
It is also understood that with the delivery of the Materials, Casillo Group - Casillo S.p.A. – Società Benefit does not intend to grant the User any intellectual property rights on the Materials themselves, which will remain the exclusive property of Casillo Group - Casillo S.p.A. – Società Benefit.
